Tasheel.tn acts as an investment facilitator and consultancy platform. We connect project owners with potential investors and provide professional project study services to enhance the viability and presentation of business opportunities. While we facilitate introductions and provide advisory services, you acknowledge that: • We provide professional project analysis and study preparation services. • We act as a mediator to help structure partnerships and draft preliminary agreements. • Final investment decisions and the legal validity of partnerships remain the sole responsibility of the Users. • Any agreements structured with our assistance should be reviewed by your legal counsel.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to: • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information • Impersonate any person or entity • Upload viruses or malicious code • Spam or harass other users • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform • Use automated systems to access the service • Interفere with the proper functioning of the platform • Share, distribute, or sell Access Keys provided via Subscriptions • Use Access Keys to scrape or systematically download platform content • Collect user data without consent

Tasheel.tn offers tiered subscription plans (Silver, Gold, On-Demand) that grant time-limited access to premium content. • Access Keys: Paid access is provided via unique Access Keys. • Duration: Access is valid for the period specified at purchase (e.g., 30 days, 90 days). • Non-Transferability: Access Keys are for individual or organizational use as specified. Sharing keys with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation without refund. • Tiered Access: Silver tier grants access to Project Studies. Gold tier grants access to both Project Studies and Project Owner contact information. • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content provided, subscriptions and Access Keys are generally non-refundable once activated. • Monitoring: We monitor Access Key usage (including IP addresses and User Agents) to prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing.

Tasheel.tn provides specialized professional services subject to the following fee structure: • Project Study Preparation: Professional analysis and documentation for projects are subject to service fees starting from 150 TND, varying based on project complexity and depth. • Success Fee: Upon the successful conclusion of a partnership agreement or investment deal facilitated through the platform, Tasheel.tn is entitled to a success fee (commission) of 1% of the total investment amount or partnership contract value. • Fee Payment: Success fees are due and payable upon the signing of the definitive partnership or investment agreement. • Non-Circumvention: Users agree not to bypass the platform to avoid fee obligations for connections first established through Tasheel.tn.

As part of our facilitation services, Tasheel.tn may assist Users in preparing and drafting partnership contracts and agreements. • Preliminary Nature: Any drafts provided are for preliminary and negotiation purposes only. • Legal Disclaimer: Tasheel.tn is NOT a law firm and does not provide formal legal advice. • User Responsibility: Users are strongly encouraged to have all definitive agreements reviewed by independent legal counsel prior to execution. • Finality: The final terms of any partnership are strictly between the participating Users.

When submitting a project to Tasheel.tn: • You retain ownership of your project information • You grant us a license to display and promote your project • You warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful • You are responsible for the content of your submission • We reserve the right to review and approve/reject any submission • We may edit or remove content that violates these terms • You agree to provide additional information if requested False or misleading submissions may result in account termination and legal action.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains: • What information we collect • How we use your information • How we protect your data • Your rights regarding your data By using Tasheel.tn, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Personal contact information (email, phone) is kept confidential and only shared with verified investors through our secure communication channels.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee: • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The accuracy of any information on the platform • That project submissions will result in funding • The conduct or reliability of other users • The success of any project or investment We are not responsible for: • Disputes between users • The quality or viability of projects • Investment decisions made by users • Financial losses incurred • Third-party content or services TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform: • For violations of these Terms of Service • For fraudulent or illegal activity • At our sole discretion without prior notice • If required by law Upon termination: • Your right to use the platform ceases immediately • We may delete your account and content • You remain liable for any outstanding obligations • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@tasheel.tn

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia.
